If you misplace your MOT certificate we can arrange a new one for a fee.
If you want to know when your MOT expires then we can log on to the main database and enter your registration to find out when it’s due.
At AB Motor Vehicle Services we keep our own customer database. If you book your MOT with us we will remind you a month or so prior to the renewal date. What’s more we’ll give you a handy key fob detailing when your MOT is due.
Yes we can. You’re not obliged to get your car serviced by a main dealer during the warranty period. As long as we service it according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule and criteria and only use the manufacturers approved parts. We stamp your service book and provide you with details of all work carried out which you must keep so that you can demonstrate to the manufacturer that servicing was undertaken to their requirements.
Payment for works carried out to your vehicle will be collected before your take your car away. We will always provide you with a full quotation so there are no surprises, what you’re quoted it what you’ll pay. Occasionally once work is under-way, additional faults may occur. If this is the case then you will be contacted prior to moving forward with an updated cost and be advised of the best way forward.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and occasionally cheque if you’re a regular customer.
Yes, we can collect your car from anywhere in the local area. If you’re at home, work or even at a friends house we can arrange a convenient time for all to collect it from you and then return it later.
If you live in the local area (such as Gloucester, Churchdown, Cheltenham) then we can collect your car for free. If it’s not possible to collect your car we offer the use of a courtesy car for you to use while your car is in the garage.
Yes you can, if we’re available to answer your call out of hours then we will. It’s best to call the mobile number (07767 378899) if you’re calling after 5pm. If we can’t take your call the please leave a message or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond as soon as we can. You can also contact us via social media.
We’re open from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am – 12.30pm on Saturdays by appointment. The garage is closed on a Sunday.
